CLINTON TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES The governance of Clinton Township is overseen by a three-member board of trustees, who are elected by the residents of the township in November of odd-numbered years. Their term of service begins on January 1st of the following year, and it lasts for four years. The election cycle alternates between two trustees being elected in the year following the presidential election and one trustee being elected in the year before it. Additionally, there is an elected Clinton Township fiscal officer who serves for a four-year term, which begins on April 1st of the year after the election. The election for this position is held in November of the year before the presidential election. In the event of a vacancy in the fiscal officership or on the board of trustees, the remaining trustees are responsible for filling the position. Cemetary Rules and Pricing CEMETERY LOCATIONS Pettisville Cemetery Nestled in the charming village of Pettisville, Ohio, lies the Pettisville Cemetery, a peaceful final resting place for members of our community. Located between Oak and Willow Streets, south of Summit Street and north of the Pettisville Union Cemetery, this cemetery is maintained and cared for by Clinton Township. MAP Bayes Cemetery Nestled in the serene countryside west of Wauseon, Ohio, lies the Bayes Cemetery. Located on the south side of County Road F, east of the intersection with Township Road 16, this historic cemetery is maintained and cared for by Clinton Township. MAP Aeschliman Cemetery One mile south of Pettisville, Ohio, lies the Aeschliman Cemetery. This historic cemetery is located on the north side of County Road C, between TR 18 and County Road 19, and is maintained and cared for by Clinton Township. MAP Pettisville Lutheran Cemetery The Pettisville Lutheran Cemetery is located at 5521 Dame St, Pettisville, OH 43553. As a cherished part of our community's history, this cemetery is a place of rest for many of our loved ones. Clinton Township takes great pride in maintaining and caring for this sacred site.
