We are working to meet or exceed the requirements set forth by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Ohio Administrative Policy IT-09 Digital Accessibility.
Our Accessibility Standards
In April 2024, the DOJ issued updated digital accessibility requirements for state and local government entities. Under this rule:

All web content and mobile applications must conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Levels A and AA.

Clinton Township is actively working toward full compliance ahead of this deadline to ensure that all residents and visitors can access the information and services we provide online.
