The Clinton Township Rural Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Clinton Township Hall, 5736 County Road 15-1, Wauseon, OH 43567 . Applicants: Chris and Autumn Weiss Property Address: 18519 County Road D, Wauseon, OH 43567 Parcel Zoning: AG/RES District Chris and Autumn Weiss have submitted a request for a zoning variance to construct an accessory building measuring 45 feet wide by 48 feet deep with 16-foot walls . The proposed structure would be placed 7 feet from the east property line and 25 feet from the south creek bank , located at the front portion of the property. Due to the layout and space constraints of their lot, the applicants are requesting that the accessory building be constructed toward the front of the property. This request is in variance to Article 100-5.3-B , which states that accessory buildings are not permitted in required yards except in a rear yard.
