Micah Frankfield has submitted an application requesting a variance to install an inground swimming pool without a fence at the property located at:

17680 State Route 2, Wauseon, OH 43567

The parcel is located within the AG/RES District of Clinton Township. Per Article 100-5.3 of the zoning resolution, inground pools are required to be walled or fenced to prevent uncontrolled access from the street or adjacent properties. The applicant is requesting approval to install the pool without the required fence.
