Clinton Township Zoning Variance Hearing Set for October 5
The Clinton Township Rural Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Clinton Township zoning variance hearing on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
Russ Dominique has requested a variance to build a new building at the southwest corner of State Route 108 and County Road D. According to the application, the current building is expected to be removed when the roundabout is constructed. The proposed building cannot meet the required setbacks because of the Panhandle pipeline’s 50-foot right of way. The property is in the township’s Agricultural/Residential District.
